Use 2 pumps of the shampoo and emulsify a small amount between the palms. Apply to wet hair. Massage into the scalp and lather through to the ends. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.
Follow with conditioner.
Apply conditioner to damp hair. Avoid the roots and massage through to the ends. For best results leave for 1-3 minutes then rinse thoroughly.
