Standard Post – FREE over $99 ($9.95 flat rate for orders under $99)
Express Post – FREE over $199 ($15.50 flat rate for orders under $199)
Please note that if discounts, coupons or other offers reduce the value of the order to below the threshold, free shipping does not apply.
For the security and tracking of your parcel, we mark all shipments as requiring a 'Signature on Delivery'.

We offer FREE local pick up from our Showroom at the Mukti Beauty Rooms at our HQ in Mullumbimby, NSW. Simply choose the 'pick up' option for delivery in the checkou and wait for your the collection email.
You can also book in for an exclusive facial with our expert skin therapists on-site while you visit.
All international orders are charged a flat rate of $23 for delivery.

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees. If the purchaser refuses a shipment, they are responsible for any import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund plus a 5% restocking fee.
Mukti Botanicals is not responsible for return of shipments or reimbursement of lost packages or damaged products. Items sent via Australia Post are not automatically covered for loss or damage.
Please note that shipment time is not guaranteed by Mukti Botanicals or Australia Post. Mukti Botanicals is not responsible for an order once it is in the Australia Post system.
To ensure your delivery arrives to the correct destination and on time, please ensure that someone is available to sign and collect the delivery.

We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.
If you're surprising a special someone with a Mukti gift, just add the item/s to cart, proceed to checkout and ensure the recipient's delivery address is entered at checkout (not yours!). You will, however, be required to enter your billing address, or the billing address that matches the payment method used. There's also an option to add a gift message, so you can share the Mukti love and so the recipient knows who their surprise package is from. Happy gifting!
Shipping FAQ
We aim to dispatch all express orders ordered by 2pm by the following business day and standard orders within 3 business days.
If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and dispatched over the following business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
Please note:
Shipping times are a guideline only and are subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (holidays, sales or Beauty Bonus promotions), due to severe weather, or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Mukti Organics’ reasonable control.
Online orders are processed and shipped from Mullumbimby NSW, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
If you're not home or the postie can't access your property, they will transfer your package to a local Post Office for collection. You will be able to see where this is once your tracking has updated and they should leave a card in your mailbox with the Post Office location and times you can collect.
If you would like to change your delivery to 'Authority to Leave', you will need to access the Australia Post website, sign in to your MyPost account and update your preferences. Please note, it will still be up to the postie's discretion if they can safely delivery your package without a signature.
No, we have reduced our printed materials as much as possible. You will receive your order information and can access your invoice from your order confirmation email.
All orders over $149 are eligible for one free sample! You must choose your free sample from the selection in the cart before continuing through the checkout (if it doesn't show in you product list with $0.0, it hasn't been added). In the event that your chosen sample is out of stock, our team will substitute with an appropriate sample.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email from us with the details. You will receive another notification once it has been sent, this will also contain your tracking link so you can follow your package to your door!
General Shipping Information
Upon placement of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation to your email address. This also confirms that we have received your order. If you have not received an order confirmation, please verify that you have completed the payment process.
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an automated email that includes the tracking information.
Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.
We have minimised our packaging as much as possible whilst still following regulation guidelines and requirements. You'll receive our full size skincare in miron glass with an external carton. Our Hair & Body Care collections are housed in post-consumer recycled plastic. All cardboard, glass and plastic bottles you receive are recyclable. Please dispose of the pumps and caps responsibly. Your order will be protected in a cardboard box and paper filling.
All shipments may encounter delays due to high volumes or severe weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier. Your tracking will be updated with a new expected delivery date if there is a delay.
International shipments are subject to customs procedures leaving Australia and arriving in the destination country which may cause further delays. While these delays are uncommon, they are a reality of shipping logistics especially with international shipping.
Please be advised that tracking scans may no longer update once a shipment has left Australia, and will be transferred to the local delivery partner tracking.
