Natural materials, curved walls, organic tones and raw finishes were taken into consideration to create a calm environment that feels instantly welcoming. Our new headquarters were designed with the customer at the core.
The principal design objective was to deliver a quality and efficient business headquarters that operates as front-of-house retail and customer care with the addition of The Beauty Rooms to incorporate a treatment facility and the opportunity for our customers to experience a sensorial brand immersion that encompasses our overall brand vision.

Our new headquarters houses administrative and customer service design development and the wider facility including manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution all of which are vertically integrated into our business model.
Commencing with adaptive reuse of an existing industrial building, the design objectives expanded to encompass landscape (gardens), natural light and ventilation, careful use of natural raw materials (wood, earth, mineral, metal, stone) and a clean, minimalist aesthetic quietly nurturing body and soul.
Our brief to Ocean Arc Architectural Firm captured concepts, imagery, spatial planning, and design in development. We choose to work with a local firm that came highly recommended and were able to comfortably execute our vision.
The Beauty Rooms menu includes our customised and signature facials. We will also be incorporating cosmeceutical offerings such LED, dermaplaning and microneedling.
We look forward to welcoming our existing clients to our customised facility for complimentary skin consultations and facials and look forward to our new space becoming a destination for travellers to the Northern Rivers area.
The opening of our showroom and beauty treatment rooms coincides with our 21st birthday celebrations and our recently-launched Hair & Body Care Collections which will also be available as amenities for a curated selection of boutique guest houses and accommodation.
