Absolutely, complimentary samples accompany all orders placed online. You will be given the option to select 2 samples during check out and we will do our best to fulfil your request (subject to availability, maximum request of two samples per order). Please note we do not carry samples in all lines (samples not available in toners, oils or balms). We consider samples an important benefit to all customers, but due to the high demand we’re unable to send out free samples unless an order is placed online.
Yes we do! Complimentary gift wrapping may be requested during the check out process. You can also write a personalised message to the recipient and request that the invoice not be included with the order.
If you have waited the required delivery time (generally 2-5 business days except WA) and your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us. Please note that at sale time your order can take longer to process and dispatch from our premises.
Please contact us immediately if you forgot to include an item with your order. In most cases, orders are dispatched on the same day and once processed we’re unable to amend an order. In this instance you will need to place a new order online. Unfortunately we’re unable to refund shipping charges if you place multiple orders online on the same day so be sure to contact us as soon as possibly if you’ve forgotten to include a product.
Yes! You are more than welcome to visit our showroom and clinic to collect your online order. Orders must be pre-paid for and collected within 3 business days from order date. Click here for our address and opening hours. Customers who select to pay by 'direct deposit' should contact us in advance to ensure payment is received before collecting their order. Eftpos and credit card facilities are available in store if you wish to purchase other items when you visit. If you would like to have a treatment or free skin consultation please phone ahead in advance to make an appointment with our qualified beauty therapists.
